The Inner Light

Just as the sun rises and sends out its happy vibrations you too can. Take a few deep breaths, imagine yourself to be like the sun, a force of light energy, radiating from every cell, pore, through your whole body. Now focus on sending that light energy to all, allow it to flow from you shining on all that passes your way. When you feel yourself dimming bring yourself back to your inner light, take those deep breaths again and refocus. Only takes a minute but has the potential to change your whole day.💛🌈
